Our mission is to help you make visually beautiful models

...and to enjoy working with models enough to make them a central part of your profession. We believe the world is full of unduly lengthy documents and that we'd all benefit from a little more model-based rather than document-based work practices and organisations!

Get Started!

With Continuity you can work with centralised, sharable repository models, and you can create, show and present these models as beautiful drawings. With Continuity, we aim to give you the integrity and robustness of a formal modelling platform combined with the beauty, eligence and creativity of a proper drawing and diagramming tool. Continuity gives you diagram themes and colour-wheel based colouring options to help even the least creative of minds produce beautiful diagrams.

Continuity is FREE for personal and commercial use -- simply download the Continuity zip and run. There's only one Continuity, with all the software's features in it -- there are no 'editions' to try and figure out. Centralised repositories come as default, not an extra. We operate a continuous-delivery process to our web site and have a high release tempo, so on average we deliver about 1-2 minor revisions per week. We anticipate a major release cycle every 1 or 2 years or as the introduction of major functionality allows. You can get an idea of what we consider a Minor or Major feature from our Feature Backlog page.

From its foundations in IT modelling, Continuity has grown to be useful in many domains from office and facilities design to value stream mapping and even garden design. Continuity's in-built IT languages include the Unified Modelling Language (UML2) and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN2) from the Object Management Group (OMG). Continuity is extensible, allowing you to implement your own lanuage syntaxes using scripts and hand-drawn sketches. Watch this space, future releases of Continuity will embed more features - see our Feature Backlog for upcoming features and to request a feature.
